Default Need help on A/C duct seal to main box

I need to connect the duct that mounts under the glove box that goes from the r/side ducts to the blend door area on the main box. I have no remains of the original seal and it looks like it needs to be fairly thick. Is this available from a vendor or has anyone used a substitute that works and seals good? Any help is appreciated. Below is a pic of a box showing the area The duct connects to. Thanks.

Foam weatherstrip from the home centers works. , measure the gap, get a slightly larger one. No biggie

Thanks. I was thinking about checking lowes or Home Depot. I will give it a try today. Looks like it needs to be fairly thick by the gap when the duct is mounted and screwed under the glove box. I will have to get a measurement and go from there.

Truck cap tape works well, wide and sticky on one side
