1967 GTO with Pypes 2-1/2” rear tail pipes that don't fit because of coil over shocks
Has any one had this problem, I called pypes and they don't have a fix for it, i have their complete 2 1/2 SS system for my 67 GTO Post. I hate to do away with the coil overs.

Have an exhaust shop either modify the Pypes tailpipes or fabricate new ones.
It’s just hot rodding and part of the game. Sometimes you’re not through spending money when you thought you were already done. Change the tailpipes to fit the suspension, not the other way around.

Yup you’ll have to go custom or run dumps. You see a lot of pro touring style cars running dumps for this very reason.
