Default Cam identification

Picked up a cam at the All Pontiac Swap Meet in Columbus today. The only numbers on it are 240837 stamped on the rear. Couldn't identify it at the meet or since, but for $30 for cam & lifters I figured it was worth chancing. Any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated

I don’t recognize the number and couldn’t find anything on Google or Summit. How do the lobes look, aggressive or mild?

What type of lifter, hyd or solid. Can we presume they were used with the cam.
