Default 12-bolt rear value

I'm going to look at a 1972 XT 12-bolt 3.07 posi from a 455 GP, what are these worth?

$1200 - $1500 would be my estimation.

With the cover removed to inspect the internals of course.

I know the posi needs clutches and might as well replace the 50 year old axles bearings/seals. It's a take-out that's never been touched.
