I'm trying to decide what's being asked here. Are we talking about the filler panel right above the bumper or some part of the bumper itself?

im talking about the rubber strip on the front bumper the left corner is broke off and missing , ive been trying to find someone that will sell me that corner piece off a junk bumper so i can try to splice it back on the rest of the bumper is really nice but cant find the piece...

I'd be looking for a complete, albeit damaged, bumper. Cracks and splits can be filled with the 3M compound. Replacing a complete end is not something I'd attempt.

Texas Trans ams (I think...?) used to have a fiberglass replacement for the 74-75 front bumper at one time. I dont see it on their website anymore.
Maybe you could call or email them to see if they might still have some around? http://texastransam.com
