You have more than me!
I think I added it to the info you posted, which showed updated at 23 entries. Here's what I wrote in my file: 4th week Sept 71 - VIN P121410 = Starlight Black / Black Vinyl Bench seat Honey comb wheels Body # - 033566 Terry Pope 72 455HO GTO Post Appraisal.pdf This entry is different than your entries. Possibly got it from Lloyds pdf on the evaluation?

Thanks John
Will add it using your data And update the whole criteria breakdown for all 32 of them soon. Ratio from what we have is more like 2:1 of Auto vs. 4speed That would be an imaginary total of 100 4speed and 190 Auto - imaginary approximation - if someone wanted a statistical approx |

VERY Much appreciated Dantip. Thank You
Looks like it has : WW5 4spd 3.55 Posi Rally 2's Power Door and Seatback Locks SoftRay - ALL Power Bucket Seat - driver Decklid Release Wheel Opening Molds Console Tilt Column HD Battery Underhood Lamp AM-FM Stereo HD Cooling Custom Interior Trim Special Order Paint Front Bumper and Fender Vents in White Mirrors in Black The Carolina Blue SOP 72 GTO only had reference to front bumper being Adriatic Blue. No mention on Fender Vents and Mirrors (D35 Body Color Sport Mirrors) - so probably default on Adriatic Blue with those too. It (carolina blue) was a Lakewood / Atlanta built car. |

Someone else asked about that on their car/B.sheet a while back.
idunno what its about But have several other B.sheets with it listed, and most or all of them, were Fremont cars. But not all (or maybe even none at all) were Special Paint. I know one of them was a 69 Pattern Judge Automatic |

WW5 1972 GTO
Hi, are you still adding to your list of surviving WW5 GTOs? I have a genuine one in Australia, if you are still looking for them to add to your list. Maybe its on there already? Bought the car from USA about 4 years ago.

Do you have any documents for it? Buy it on ebay? I'll have to look through my notes, BVZ will probably know for sure.

Not sure if I have posted here or not as I am not on PY all that often. So, hoping this is not redundant.
I bought my 1st WW5 GTO in 1977 from the original owner who was a woman. Up until that time, had never heard of a WW5 and only found out when she included the window sticker showing and explaining what the option was. None of my Pontiac friends had heard of it either back then. That first WW5 was, sold in 1981 just as I drove it past the 100,000 mark. I even knew when I sold it, that it would be a mistake. So, I promised myself I would purchase the next one I would find. That brings us to this one. I bought it summer 1984 and am the 3rd owner with about 100,000miles. It was bought new at Bud Beck Pontiac in Scottsdale, Az and has 'lived' in Az all its life though she has traveled most of the US. In the mid to late 1990s, I did considerable upgrades to make the WW5 even nicer handling, comfort, etc that it was. I just love the car and it is kind of like part of my body as I have driven it so much. In the fall of 2007, I took this WW5 GTO on, what I believe is, the longest road trip of all time for a vintage real muscle car. I left Arizona in mid September and returned in early November being on the road for 7 weeks and drove the GTO 10,800 miles! There is a thread here on PY from that trip. I have the link somewhere. Anyway, she is in primer now and recently turned the half million mile mark so, am doing paint prep for her next paint job. This will probably be the last paint job for her in my life time. Am planning this WW5 GTO to be part of my Pontiac Heaven museum here in Arizona. The original shortblock has been tucked away since around 1987. I am about ready to assemble it and reunite the original short block with the original heads and intake before I paint her. Heads were just rebuilt and am ready to assemble them too. Since 1987, I have driven her with an upgraded 455 2 bolt short block using the HO heads , intake and top end. Not sure if there is another factory round port Pontiac with 500,000 miles. This has been a great car and thousands of great experience with her and I cannot wait to get into her for another ride. Some of the improvements to make her better, most were done in the 1990s- * 1 1/4" TA front sway bar * WS6 steering box, center link, idler ( quicker steering than a TA) *over drive trans * rear discs adapted from a caddy eldo * larger fuel tank, extta range * custom reciever hitch, I do a lot of towing *other custom suspension for better cornering * glass front bumper * trunk mounted battery * custom stereo with a pair of 12" subs * Recaro LS seats *custom 2.5" exhaust with 'H' pipe, stock tail pipes/splitters *round port tri Y headers * forged pistons, prepped rods, later baffled pan *modified cooling system * modified heads * larger cam There is more but, this is enough for now. I do all work myself except for upholstery. This car is very special to me and have enjoyed a large part of my life driving and enjoying it.
