Default Snowblower now starts with one pull.

Stepson snowblower would only run on starter fluid.

Pro-tip: use old guitar string (E?) to run through the carb orifices. Epic results. 1-Pull to regular idle.

The best gas to use for your snow blower, gas trimmer, or push lawn mower is gas with no ethanol in it... period. If you live in a state where you can get it, then buy it only. I say that as here in Delaware we cannot buy any pump gas without ethanol, and we are the only US State the doesn't sell it. Zip nada none. But we can buy straight 93 octane (C9) VP Racing Fuel with no ethanol. 1 or 2 pulls and they start with no problem. With ethanol gas it was 10 t0 15 pulls to get them started. Ethanol is no good in any gas... they found that out back in the 30s with Gasohol and quit making it. Pray we don't have E85 forced on us. Our classics won't run on that crap.

Here's a time line of alcohol based fuel usage...

Probably The high E from a Guitar. So any steel wire will do, provided you have it, to push through all the little brass orifices.

I thought you bowled on Wednesday Mark? You don't need a snow blower in Alabama or y'all back up north?

Bowling on Friday nights for PA...except tomorrow (till when June?) is a bust .

Manual-shoveled most of the wide driveway (3-car gar zone) last night after dinner. Snow-blowin stepson just arrived and gonna snow blow the straight away.

If you can’t find ethanol free gas try StarTron, it comes in blue bottle and Wally World carries it. This ethanol gas has played hell on my motorcycles and 4 wheelers but that stuff has worked pretty well.
