Default 1966 GTO steering wheel fitment question

Does anyone know if a stock 1966 Chevelle non tilt wheel will work with a stock 1966 GTO non tilt? If so, are the horn contact and other internals compatible?

Default GTO Steering wheel

Thanks ! I have a Grant aftermarket setup and everytime I turn the wheel I get a metallic sound and it drive me nuts ! Thought I'd go back original
