Default New engine -filter opened up

My new 505 , figured I would cut the filter open after engine break in and 9 pulls on the dyno before i install. I am a little paranoid after having some issues with my old engine. Just making sure.

As a GM service advisor would say... "No problem found"

Normal for fresh hone and new parts breaking in.

Some of those particles look a little larger than just the normal "shine" in new engine oil to me. Might be nothing, but they are not small.

Some of those are as posted on the big side so I would bite the bullet and pull the pan to check things out, Rods & main, Bores and Cam & lifters.

Popped the valve covers off and everything looks fine there. I guess I’ll pull the pan and see what’s up. Oil pressure was rock steady the entire run time. None of the material appears to look like bearing thankfully. I’m not sure where the somewhat larger pieces are coming from. Better safe than sorry I suppose
