ive had a dozen of these sheets...its a cheat sheet for interior options....in your hands it looks like cash register receipt paper..ive even posted pics of a couple in the past.....all ive had came out of the drivers bucket seat

m40 is 400 turbo etc..its pretty easy to decode them

Not lost; The codes are the same as any other contemporaneous GM model line, which are (mostly) the same as in use today:

A39 = Deluxe front and rear seat belts
A51 = Seat, front bucket
A85 = Deluxe front seat shoulder harness
C06 = Convertible top, electric
D33 = Remote outside rearview mirror
MX0 = Merchandised RPO, auto transmission (for the non merchandised code M40)
U80 = rear speaker
