Top of the World for dinner was fun. Schedule around the sunset.

NHRA Four Wide Nationals is early April this year.

Helo over to the Grand Canyon / Tribal glass overlook was OK; https://www.nps.gov/grca/planyourvisit/skywalk.htm

Hoover dam tour was OK.

Lots of local "flavor / flare" though to enjoy.

Follow the strip out of town until you come to all the race tracks. There is LV International Speedway NASCAR track, The Strip quarter mile drag strip and a small circle track (possibly a 1/4 mile). Also located a the speedway you will find Petty Enterprises, the shop where the Shelby Mustangs were made, and a bunch of other racer's shops. Also the air base is across the street and you might see some great planes.

Quite frankly I'd skip out on Vegas and head to Zion!

We always spend an afternoon at the pinball hall of fame. We have fun reliving a misspent youth. It fun playing the old games.

I’ll put in another vote for the pinball museum, spent an afternoon there and thoroughly enjoyed it.
There’s not a lot of flash or fancy, plenty of that in the casinos or on the strip, just pinball but it’s a great collection-

If you’ve never been to the Grand Canyon- it’s worth the ride - Sedona as well

Jeff,LOL things to see in Vegas....I always go out often to see my Father In-law....

First of April....hmmm during the Final 4?
That place is jumping and the Hilton sports book is like the Meka of all sports books...

Fremont street is my favorite and flying down the zip line! And oh yeah LOL if you go to Fremont street make sure you go to Hennessey's Tavern!!get ya a Hennessey's Lager!

Top of Binions Steakhouse is dang good for the price!

If anyone gets a chance get out there around Halloween Vegas is of the chain! Ya got the NHRA National event...the first weekend of the PBR Finals and LMAO half dressed chicks jumpin in your arms walking down Fremont street on your way to Tony Roma's to get steak and lobster....even if your wife is with you....like I said That place is crazy on Halloween!

Jeff my wife's favorite place to see in Vegas is the Bilagio fountains which is really cool. Also we always gota go in and check out the Chihuly art work in the entry and always have to see the Atrium it's amazing!

The mob museum is freaking awesome!

Hope that helped some! Enjoy yourself!

For free entertainment go to Fremont street, even just watching some of the street performers is cool. Do not wander to far off Fremont street though can get a little shady at night there. I have not been in a while could have changed and beware on the main strip of people trying to hand you pamphlets lol.

thanks, I am pretty sure she said we are staying at the Belaggio, it wasnt that much of a price difference. I forgot about final 4 that will be a great place to watch it. Binions and the mob museum will make the cut for sure. Its my birthday present for turning the big fifty.

I much prefer the CT casinos over twin river. It is alot easier for me to drive north to come home than south from twin river. that traffic sucks

Check out the Hofbrauhaus. It is a German beer garden with live entertainment and a festive atmosphere. It is a fun place to eat and the beer is great. I brought my family there a couple of years ago and we still talk about it. I am going to Vegas next week and will be hitting it up.
