No country music and no metal bands with singers who sound like Cookie Monster.

I like Country Music... forwards only. But turn around and you might be scared with some of what you get back.

Cool Country music

Who can beat Johnny Cash?? Probably the best country singer ever. Todays Country isn't country, it's screaming. True country actually told a story & you could really understand the words.

I am the youngest of 5, grew up in the seventies listing to hand me down records from my siblings. I was probably the only kid in third grade with his own Alice Cooper album (Love it to Death). Zepplin, Lou Reed, David Bowie, Aeorsmith, Skynyrd, Pink Floyd, Beatles. Back in the day couldn't stand Queen, Bee Gees, anything disco related. Now about all I listen to is 70's stuff and I love it all. My best friends dad was a big bluegrass guy and i was exposed to plenty of that growing up along with Conway Twitty, meyrle Haggard and the like. Overall i have a pretty broad spectrum of music taste. My son (who is also a musician)and i love to watch reruns of HeeHaw just to see the music acts.

I like a lot of different types of music but I always gravitate back to country music. There is such a wide range of songs, tempo etc that I can always find something to suit my mood. Heaps of Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks to rock to and then some older stuff to be soothed by.

I like to make listening time and play vinyl stuff I haven't heard in years. Last excursion was playing the album The Who, Tommy over 4 days, a side a day. Inspired Live at Leeds next. But next listen, when I get time, will be some Albert King and Mike Bloomfield.

Never was a Beatles fan, and really only a hand full of Elvis music. The Monkeys were pretty good.

I remember them and their TV show. Music was pretty good. I recall (maybe I'm wrong) that the show portrayed them as kind of goofy. Because of that some people related to their music as goofy and easily dismissed.

We were on Broadway, in Nashville today. Kid Rock has a pub here.

Been playing Psychadelic Space Rock while working.

Space Ghost by deepspacepilots; https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pN4MgKVPxNw&t=376s

Its like Country, but in space
