Default 1968 CBH question

What is 594 supposed to mean on a 1968 GTO Car Billing History card? When I do a search here, all I get are cards from 1965 and it refers to export. Any ideas?

Post the question in the "Street" section if no one responds here. I think there is a website that lists a bunch of that kind of info, dealers codes and such.

594 is
Special Order Charge - on a 68 A-Body

There will usually be an amount in the MISC AMT box that ties to the SOC.

and/or/possibly - written notations in lower ledger .

If it were a 69 with an Invoice - it would read out as
SPEC EQUIP - MEMO x-xx - CODE 9D

Post a copy of the Billing History Card - it might potentially get interesting.
