AC Liquid Receiver
Guys, is this installed backwards?
Air Conditioning Liquid Receiver. The side marked "IN" is connected to the expansion valve, the out side is connected to the condenser. I'm thinking liquid from condenser goes to receiver, then to expansion valve/evaporator. New to me AC car, following along with the service manual, I wonder if the cannister needs to be turned 180. Compressor kicks in, but not working, will check for a recharge, but was following lines first. Thanks again Everybody!

You are correct, it is installed in reverse. Lower condenser line goes to the "in" port and the liquid line goes from the out port on the drier to the "in" port on the expansion valve (side with arrow pointing towards the POA/evaporator).
