Agreed low production number for the Lemans as only 43, 1971 GTO 455 auto Convertibles produced according to Fred Simmonds research and there is a correlation between the two.

Encyclopedia of Musclecars by Jim Campisano, has a production number table in the back of the book. I have found it to be accurate. 1971 Lemans Sport Convertible 455 / 325 HP production number is 50.....
Wish there were production numbers for how many 1970 GT-37 400 / 4 speed .s there were?. 50 is a damned low number !

for some reason, i think that 50 number may be correct..

no they are not worth a lot of money...a GTO is GTO..this isnt, they may be rare..but not a GTO..

they have value, dont get me wrong..but they are just so uncommon, no one appreciates them..i really thought there where like 250..but remember reading right here, there where only a few..

member Diego has records for cars like that, ive seen them posted here before..reach out to him..he's pretty helpful...

Still a desirable car but the T41 option would increase the value IMO.
