Default Needed, 1967 XS engine

I'm going to be restoring a '67 Ram Air GTO. I'm needing to find an early XS engine (original #070515) to make this car at least date and code correct. The car was built late November 1966 so the XS would have to be about mid October or close.

I have an early Nov '66 1967 "YR" 400 (California code RA motor for manual trans) willing to trade for the right XS block. The YR is not for sale otherwise.

Also looking for a 1967 WS block number 063121, may be anywhere from Michigan where the car was first sold to Washington state where the car is now.

Default Ram air guy

Hi Al,Best of luck to you in finding the block. It took me 3 years to find mine and its within 2 weeks of build date.I have been watching the forums and e-bay since 2001 and have seen only 3 XS blocks since .All were after your build date.I got mine from a private individual who was saving the motor for a friend.I will keep my eye out for you if i see anything.Good Luck Larry(XSRAM67)

Hi Al, I will keep my eyes and ears open in case I hear of any ram air motors coming out.Like I have said I've only seen a few since 2001. Extremely rare parts. Thanks Larry
