disc brake conversion
1 have a 1965 Pontiac gto with power drum brakes with factory rally 1 rims does anyone know of a disc brake kit that will retain the rally 1 rims they are 14 inch and will bolt in with no hassle I tried a few companies put the tech wasn't promising if there product would fit with no issues

Just order a kit from inline tube for a 67 GTO. Looks much cleaner than the “conversions kit”

It sounds like your question is "Will the Rally I's clear the disc brake set up?" If you have a friend with a 69-72 A body with discs you can try and fit your wheel on that set-up and see if it clears. If it does then you know what set-up to get for your car. I know some of the aftermarket kits say to use 15" wheels. Good luck with your swap.

I forget which GM car had the 11 inch rotors, but this kit from opgi may give you some direction

Get the CPP kit that uses regular 68-72 pieces. It will work fine. Uses 11 inch rotors and D52 calipers.
