Default Rocker arm stud needed---AGAIN

I need a replacement rocker arm insert stud for my 66 326 HO motor. 7/16" pressed end to 3/8"-24 thread. Thanks to ReelFun who sent me 2 last summer and got my car going. I have now broken another stud (totally my fault with over tightening). I brought the heads to the machine shop and, after 3 /2 months, he said that he cannot get a screw in stud from his suppliers.

Could someone hook me up with 1 or 2 replacement press in studs to get me going again? I would sure appreciate that.

FYI ARP still has them #290-7201.You stud boss will have to be milled, and drilled and taped for the 1/2 base. You will need to set the heads up for adjustable valve train, meaning either poly lock or chevy style nuts. The threads might also shorted on the studs.Isky used to sell a 1/2 by 7/16 unshoulderd stud where the stud boss would not have to be milled.Good luck with you project. If you wanted the 15 I have figure $40.They are about $100 a set.Tom
