Looks nice. What mufflers do you have? That looks like it will be seriously loud.

It's a Kooks race series bullet muffler.
It's loud but not overbearing in my opinion. It's quiter than the dumped super turbos I had before.

Boyd Butler - a.k.a. Dr. Gas - has done a lot of research, to optimize his "X" design. There are others that are probably good, but I personally will spend a bit extra to get the one I trust the most - Dr. Gas.

I was originally leaning towards Dr. Gas but I believe , if I'm not mistaken, they are constructed from aluminumized steel.
I wanted the whole system, from the collectors to tips, to be 304 SS so Pypes was the only option for the mid section.

So to answer a previous question, to my knowledge, No the other X's on the market are not the same. |

I installed a 3" Pypes with their 3" SS mufflers. It's side exhaust, and loud, but it's a Road Race car. Some tracks have db limits but about any mufflers gets you under.
Biggest issue I had was the exhaust note (pitch) is so much higher than with the H pipe and 2-1/2" that I had on it, I'd think I was in the wrong gear and had to really watch the tach much closer. I almost went with Spin Tech SS oval, but their stuff gets pricey.
