Default Wiper problem

I have the standard 2 speed wipers in my 80 Trans Am. The wipers move fast in both the low speed and high speed switch positions. Would this signal a bad motor or possibly a bad switch?

My guess would be switch. I learned a lot about wipers during my own debacle and one I finally got all the wiring buttoned up I still had problems with the switch. I am assuming you aren't starting with the rats nest of wiring I was though

I'm wondering if I have the correct motor. The green wire that is used for the pulse wipers in included in my engine bay wiring harness. Was this wire part of the harness regardless of which wiper motor you have?
