7042270 455 h/o carb authentic?
I was going thru alot of carbs in my stash.. found this one ( forgot i got it many years ago).. anyway it looks absolutely authentic from the top plate ( pump area) and #s to base plate and all rods (primary, secondary) and jets are correct also EXCEPT for the last zero.. ..I used a powerful magnifying glass and just can't find any "altercations" on the pad or #s at all just that zero looks like a double stamp or a defective zero on the original stamper..looks like original finish..and all the other things look right...I have a another 2270 and it looks exactly like this one (different date though).. anybody see any thing like this before?? zoom in if you can... as costly as these are just wanted opinions ya know!.?Thanx!
