Default Ebay Judge Question

eBay item number:182464327569

Im not interested in buying this car but thought the September date seems awful late for a 69 Judge. One of the last built before model switch? Unusual to see original docs like that. Cool, but unusual. Opinions from the experts?

A few red flags with this one: 68 seats and doors, column has tilt, but the invoice/PHS does not. Someone more knowledgeable will have to let us know IF and when they started putting 140 MPH speedos in 69 GTOs...

Hideaway canister mounted in wrong spot (should be inside fender). A/C lines not correct.

There's a lot in the window sticker that doesn't match the PHS.

And I'd think July 1969 would be the last month for 1969 model year production.

I'd think the original color would have been better?

Car likely has multiple PHS sheets due to sitting unsold in a zone lot or bounced between dealers & returned. My 72 GTO with a December 1971 build date had a September 72 PHS for just that reason.

We could spend a day going over all of the issues that car has the least of which is the 70 dash & 68 doors, the worst being that the A/C is out of sequence on the PHS and not included on the Window Sticker.

Also see the Rally 2 option listed on the PHS when judges came standard with rally 2 wheels and never seen it listed on a judge PHS so far

This car is a HOT MESS !! but I would love to have it being a vinyl top judge !!!!

Here are the docs from the listing, clearly they have both been Photoshop modified.

Blatant fraud but maybe the seller is also a victim

btw the trim tag indicates that the PHS was from the same car (less the photoshopped Judge option). Same color, trim and top and billed in early September and built in mid July makes perfect sense for a zone car.

Contacted Jim Mattison, they claimed it was PHS Documented... bad move! Jim Cconfirned it was a fake, the ad is now gone and the seller has been educated.
