My friend Glenn went 7.67 the first day, had to let off, He went 7.55 today @ 185. Car is moving and he really does drive it all the time.
Drag week is so cool. He was on live feed at tech, there were so many cars it was insane.
It is on my bucket list. Facebook is great for drag week.

So I'm standing on the sidewalk in Bristol In and I hear these cars coming. Looked really cool. Seeing trailers being pulled by some of theses cars was strange to see.

Drove down to Indy yesterday for the day, what a variety of cars running. Definitely
worth the drive.

Saw a few PY members. Only took a couple of videos.

Congrats to Rob B. and Carole and Goatmanmitch and Denise for finishing Drag Week. I know I missed some others on here but I didn't know you by your names mentioned on drag week. I didn't get a damn thing all week by sitting and watching the live feed all week. I'm glad it's just one week per year!

Little late to the party, but congrats to all of you! I am so jealous, this is definitely a bucket list thing. Was waving the Pontiac banner high and proud for you all, and am super thankful for a live feed. Alas, there is always next year... Good job everyone!

There were quite a few pontiacs this year, many I haven't seen other years.
Got a chance to talk to Rich, Greg, Calvin, breifly said high to Hooter, talked to the 2 pontiac guys I parked next to at the hotel while doing some maintenance. I think the most enthusiastic pontiac guy was Dave H, he seemed to be having the time of his life in his tempest (open headers the entire week)
This was my 7th dragweek, the 1st one I didn't break anything, and I finished the week with a 9.89 average with my Gp. I hope to have the Firebird ready for next year.
Congrats to Greg on a personal best!
Hope to see everyone next year!

Thanks Randy and congrats for averaging in the 9's and not breaking anything! Better watch out for those folks in the 74 and 66 GTO's....not sure about them!

I went through the results and as far as I can tell, there were 14 Pontiac powered Pontiacs in Drag Week this year and 13 finished the week.
