I've had springs from Springs and Things on a couple of my cars. Always been happy with them.

Hi all. Just to follow up on this and let you know how I got on. I got front and rear springs from Espo springs n' things. I went back to stock height and got variable springs on the rear. I got gas KYB shocks for front and rear from Rock Auto. Had them fitted last week and there is a big improvement. Car rides a lot better, very smooth and not worried about crawling over speed bumps any more! By the way, I am very happy with the service from both companies. Particularly from Springs n things where there was personal contact over email. Personally I prefer the look too, car sits about 3 inches higher than it was before and looks more imposing. Suits it better I think. Thanks to everyone for all the great advice. Not sure what I would do without this site. Pictures of how it looks now below.
Hugh.

Thanks Willshire. I know what you mean, my car had the front springs chopped by 3 or 4" in the front and was way too low. I was hoping to get springs from Rockauto but they only have front ones for sale on their site now. Very happy with the service from Springs n things.

That looks very nice!! the rear looks exactly where it should be. The front does look a tad bit high (my opinion only) , but most certainly gives it an aggressive stance.

Curious about the ride. Would have you gone with a stiffer spring if you were to do it over again? Any changes in ride height? It looks great and am sure a huge improvement over what was on there before, just curious for input on these things from people that have gone through the process.

Thanks 63. Nice improvement alright. In fact I had initially asked for springs with a 2" drop but they wont ship changed springs international. Must have had trouble in the past.... Still though I am very happy with the results. The car usually has myself only, and rarely two or three passengers. I did a couple of graduations last week with couples in the back and it felt perfect. The old front springs were chopped and the rears were tired, so the car sits about 3" higher than it did.
