I think you'll have to swap the dash over to the A/C dash in the cluster area to get that...otherwise cut out the "PONTIAC" and rig up something. Ebay is probably your best bet.

You're going to have to get pretty creative to get air to blow in the back seats. Maybe something through the console, but in some area I think it would be visible. There's a couple GM cars that had air running through the doors into the back seats, and think there may have been some with it running through the console, might be able to cobble something and not have it look too out of place.
