Arrow Is There Demand For A '71 Front Air Dam?

I recently got this piece out from storage, I had pulled it off of a low mileage '71 LeMans Sport that I owned in '79.
These came on ac equipped A bodies but most were quickly broken into a half dozen pieces from running
over a parking curbs or a snow bank in Northern climates. This is the only complete one I've seen since then.

I planned on putting this on my T-37 but thought of seeing what it'd take to get a repro done first. I think since it hasn't been repoped yet that there just hasn't been enough demand for one versus the cost. Has anyone here looked into this project yet? I'm not sure what the market might be for
'71 -'72 Lemans ~ GTOs or '71 Judges or if one could even sell enough of them to recoup your costs. I'm guessing only the higher end restored cars would be interested in an accurate repo as there are already a few 69 spoilers available that can functionally do the same job, they just look a little different.
Any thoughts on this here?
Thanks!

Wow, Hen's teeth right there...I have picked up an NOS one a few years back and have looked into this very subject. Unless your willing to spend over 10K for a die......I may recall upwards of 50K for a die just to be made for a correct injection molding piece. Maybe it can be done cheaper, IDK. Ames has repopped the fan shrouds, maybe it's something that they can do, or have the right connections. I'd say there would be a market, but not one for very long I'd bet.

look into it, find a boat repair guy and have him pull a mold...theres a market for it in glass, the resto guys may not like it..but average Joe will..then sell the product to some vendors etc ..i'm sure you could do it cheap...

I need 1. And would pony up for that one. I actually know a guy that may take on that project.

Talk to Ames and see if the people that do the '70 front spoiler are able to do this one.
