Default Question on 69 RA IV Speedometer

Should a 69 RA IV speedometer be a 120 or 140 mph unit? My build sheet calls out a WA-A instrument cluster

'69 Pontiac A bodysps used 120 speedo's, didnt matter if 6cyl one barrel under the hood or top dawg RAIV.
