he probably has a law suit against him for violating there civil rights by using a gun to detain them...stuff is getting so rediculous
here in KC 3 or 4 gangbangers tried to rob a gun store (she's a pistol)..the owners killed one i think, and put one in a wheelchair. the husband was killed by them and the wife survived..the guy in the chair is claiming he returned fire in self defense and is asking for a new trial..(what he did? he wasnt with those other guys).or a repeal..i dunno...some of them plea bargained and are in jail although they have video of them coming in guns blazing and show the owner getting shot and dying...the wheel chair guy and his ghetto family member(s) (on TV) are swearing hes a goot kid and was returning fire in self defense..he was afraid for his life... what about the owner killed trying to defend his life..i think the wife shot a couple too...really shot them up GOOD....yeah i said it.. i dont know if its about jail time, or a civil suit in the future for being put in a chair....hes in the wrong chair..it should be an electric chair if ya ask me..i think the deal is, if your involved in a crime and any one dies its a felony murder charge automatically...whether you pulled the trigger or not

Were the burglars armed? Was the owner prepared to shoot them if they tried to leave? If unarmed burglars tried to leave and were shot, what would be the consequences for the owner?
Anyhow, kudos to the owner!

the only time it gets ugly for a shooter is if he shoots the unarmed in the back when they are running away...some legal theory is they gave up and are retreating...no matter what they did 10 seconds earlier
theres a saying around here...every round sent down range better have a lawyers name attached to it...
