Watching your project with interest. What kind of pickup is on the oil pump? I used your set screw mod on my oil pump in my 455.

It's for the Moroso 7qt baffled oil pan. I NEVER use stock pans these days, the aftermarket pans are that much better.....Cliff

I see we've stirred up the natives again, you can't even make a typo on here without someone getting their panties all wadded up about it. I guess when you get the level I'm at with this hobby, there will ALWAYS be someone lurking in the shadows looking for a flaw in your armor so they can bust your balls about it. Bothers me not in the least...FWIW.
BTW, IF you can't put up something productive to help the readers, then the moderators should make sure you stay off my thread....FWIW. Then there are those who simply can't read, that we ALWAYS list our cars race weight WITH driver, so if my big-dumb-ars is driving, subtract 240lbs from whatever number I put up there.....tks.....Cliff PS: while you guys are dissecting my posts under your microscope, look back thru this thread. Let's have some fun here. There is a SERIOUS discrepancy with something that was put in one of the responses. It completely defies the laws of physics, and so far the only flaw anyone has found was my typo about how hard the cam coating was, when the big "goof" goes unnoticed.....

Cliff,
Just keep your teflon suit on and carry on. The more things change, the more they stay the same...

I hear ya and thanks. About the only fun I have with these things is that I live on the East Coast, and get to do some ball-busting at least 3 hours BEFORE most of my "fan club" will have anything to say about it.
I'm still looking for a winner here, as somewhere in this thread there is some information in print that is high flawed and makes no sense at all, and no one has questioned it yet?.......Cliff

Most boards I'm on, blatant ad hominem attacks get you banned.
(Attacking the person and not the idea.)
