Default New Air Cleaner setup

In an earlier thread, I was looking at various air cleaner options for my 73. Decided to go this route, which I also had on my 66. The driver side scoop is a little tight on hood clearance due to the top-post battery, but does squeeze in there. Using a spun aluminum 1 1/8" drop base and 3 x 14 filter. When running this setup and an A/F gauge, the car would instantly run leaner with the cooler air (compared to an open element).

That looks like a nice set up , now just have to get a way to be able to put the Ram Air system on top of it so you can also get fresh air in from the hood to. But the duel air inlet looks great.
