Be sure to let us know when it hit's ebay. Does it have engine and drivetrain? I'm sitting here with a 455HO YB, TH400 and 12 bolt axle ready to go...

Ck'ed records, need to revise above comment.

The first 455 HO YB engine 65 A, trim 721 (messed that one up) GTO I have noted is:
-08D body build out of Pontiac plant. GTO, YB engine, console, AC, pwr strg, disc, fat Form wheel, big rear bar.
IF its not a WW5 build, its another that got all the goodies. need to send off for PHS to note what I missed.

Indiangiver68, can you post a pic of your '72's trim tag? Thanks.

Have noted another Lakewood plant 65 A 721 trim build that is near identically equipped 455 HO auto, also a A105xxx build.

Along with the AC Spark Plug Division car, all very similar,

Sounds like a real sweet one. Keep us posted.

Default Cardinal Red WW5

I just came across this thread and pulled out my PHS. It's strange because the WW5 option is $1039.51. This is a fairly early 11B build, auto w/ac. I will post the PHS for the registry tomorrow.

Thanks for putting this together!

Here's the PHS for the Cardinal Red WW5 I bought a couple years ago. Not sure why the option is a different amount than what's been documented here?

Get a picture of trim tag too. Interior shot too and is it a plastic rear valence? Original paint car too?

Mileage thing doesn't make sense has only 13k bought new at 17k?

Plastic rear valence was early in the year Mike - later ones should have the steel.

If original paint, get a picture of the decal on the trunk lid.

Does the decal on the deck lid say "GTO" or GTO with a smaller HO offset below it?

Very cool car.
