Default Part return from PY

If you have a part that you purchased from PY and have to possibly return it, what do you do? I have a lower radiator hose that is for 65-67 GTO that has the GM stamps on it but it is too short. When I look in the online catalog it shows a picture which it says is the actual part picture mine looks different. The upper tripower hose doesn't seem to fit right either, almost like its too long but I don't want to cut it and ruin it.
Thank you.

Bill I just checked our(Ames) hoses, we use the same vendor as PY. Can you call us and we can compare to see if maybe you got a couple of bad hoses. We are honoring PY returns and can process an RA for you. We do sell non numbered hoses we checked these and they are slightly different in bends but not enough to make a major difference. Bothe style hoses are longer and would need to be cut for optimum fit. We are working with a new manufacturer and hope in the future to have a new line of correct numbered hoses with the right color markings and lengths.

I have attached my thread about the hoses where you can see the pictures I have posted. I will give a call in a little while. Thank you for the response.
