Default Recommendation for 4 1/2" wheel to 4 3/4" hub

I have a set of 4 1/2" bolt pattern Hurst wheels that I would like to use on a 64 LeMans conv. Any recommendations on the best way to mount them? Adapters, weld and redrill, open up to a unilug pattern?

Drill the front hubs and rear axles to match the 4-1/2" bolt pattern of your wheels.
