Ran one on the test stand for an hour or so.No leaks,will know in a week or so when it gets run in the car.

Is the seal flexible enough to allow it to be pulled straight and fed around a crank installed in the engine without tearing? I eventually need to replace the rear main seal in my 1978 Trans Am, but don't want to pull the engine.

Just had one installed,the builder was impressed and asked why someone had not thought of it before.Will have it on the dyno next week and see if it leaks.Tom

Did he use any sealer on the back bone or in the anti - rotation holes in the block?
