.389 and .391 at the lobe.
Back in the circle track days, we had a .500 lift rule at the valve including lash with solid lifters. My engine guy at the time spec'd out his "favorite" cam, and told me to run these comp cams roller rockers and set lash around .022 if I recall correctly. Anyway, after winning a race, I am in the tech barn getting my cam lift checked, which is just over .500 and disqualifies me, and I lose my camshaft. Of course after that I checked everything myself...
Turns out the comp cam roller rockers were coming in at 1.52 lift. I switched over to the Harland's, which at the time were coming out right at 1.5:1
