Default Finally decided on a color

Jetstream blue what you all think? On my 68 vert orig alpine blue,Black int,and top. I just dont like that alpine blue plan on keepin for long time. Woody

I don't know what shade jetstream blue is, but if you like it, thats all that matters. I personally like updated colors made with pearl or mica, newer technology pigments that were not available in the sixties. Jetstream blue probably fits into that category. Post a picture of the color if you can.

Yea Ken thats right wanted 2014 laguna blue but my budget wouldnt allow for 800.00 a quart so its 2011 #wa512Q gm color. I really stink at uploading pics thanks for loading for me.

JetStream blue was the color that I originally wanted for my goat, but my painter told me it would cost something like $2000-2500 just for all the paint after every thing was said and done. I believe he mentioned something about it being a 3-stage process, with a base coat of pearl? I dunno, maybe he just didn't want to do it. I abandoned that idea and went with another 2010 vette color, Cyber Gray Metallic instead.

Hi Singleton I believe its called a tri coat the painter is gonna paint it at no xtra cause he is takin so long.

I love the depth of tri-coat colors. Virtually impossible to duplicate with base/clear systems, and much more depth than any single-stage.
