Pontiac Engine Porn
We are in the final phase of my engine rebuild at Lamar Walden Automotive (very respected builder in Atlanta that focuses on Chevy). I will post the chassis dyno results but the targets at the flywheel are over 500 HP and about 600 ft-lb all with the stock No. 12 heads!
We are also slapping in a TKO-600! Enjoy. Here is the before dyno: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=1&theater Here is a video of the valve cover engraving: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v...type=2&theater

Lamar has made some bada$$ 409 parts for years. Billet Z-11 heads 20 years ago! Z-11s were the "original high ports" made in '63! I think his son has gotten into the LS motors. They build good stuff there.

X2 on Lamar. A great engine man. Knows how to make big amounts of reliable horsepower. I have seen several magazine features on him.
