I found this color shot of that '65 and always wondered what the story was. GM/Pontiac promo car of sorts ?

I remember as a kid watching that episode with the striped '65. I think the father drove full size Pontiacs in all of the episodes.

This was on an episode of "Family Guy" several years ago. That's George W. Bush in the frame, who says he restored this car during his "spare time" cooped up at his Texas ranch.
