Default time flies when you're having fun.....

Met this gal 46 years ago, (not the little one, she's my granddaughter ) and 41 years ago we made it official. Where did the time go? A lot of good years!

The car we drove was a '67 Lemans Sprint, linden green, parchment interior.

I better get a card & some flowers or such on the way home.........

George, you old scoundrel!
You had to have been robbing the cradle back then.

Congrats and yes, you had better get her something.

Thanx to all.........

She's been complaining for years and years that I spend too much time in the garage, I guess that's not going to change since I'm still spending time in the garage.

And maybe that's the secret to your long and happy marriage.
Congrats.

I think you may have been playing out of your league for many years now George!

My best to you and your wife - clearly you care about each other enough for it to matter!

Congratulations to both you and your lovely wife. When I bought my GTO, my wife's friends questioned her about my choice of hobby. Her answer, with a smile: "I always know where to find him." We celebrated 44 years of marriage in August...and five years of dating/ courting/engagement before that. Marriage is always a work in progress.

Hey boltbuster: you've got a few years on us! We never have gotten together at a cruise night yet. Maybe for coffee somewhere, sometime. If you see a blue '67 GTO with Cragars around BG or Arlington during the next few weeks, it's me.

Yep, it's a work in progress everyday. Last week she says "what car are you taking to work today"? I say "the old one". She says "can you be more specific?"

The day she starts expanding her closet space into the garage, that's it. None left in the house now.

George

George,
Congrats on 41 years. Today is my wedding anniversary too. 19 years and going strong. Not into my car hobby, but keeps me because I can fix about anything.

Good job George, but then I knew you'd find a woman that was wired right.

I hope the two of you have many more!

Thanx David. Fiedler: My wife is actually not interested in my hobbies, couldn't care any less. I also fix everything. Makes for some interesting times.
