Default Plastic seals in gasket set?

There are ten 5|16 diameter plastic washer/sleave combination pieces that look like seals of some sort that came in the felpro engine gasket set we have. We are assembling a 1972 455. I didn't see were they should go. Are they neededto seal the ten water pump bolts? I couldn't see as to how they would be used in this motor. Thanks, chad

If they are blue, they are for holding the oil pan gasket to the oil pan. I don't use them because I glue the gasket to the block.
