radio capacitor on radio delete?
Would a radio delete car get the radio capacitor on the regulator?

I really don't know?? sorry But why put it there if no radio was ordered...just a thought...maybe someone else knows for sure

I didn't put one back on my 65 with no radio, but I just assumed it didn't need it.

my 68 is an original radio delete..untouched car as far as i can tell, and there is not one on it.

Here is my theory on the subject.
From what I heard in 70-up A body cars since the windshield had antenna in it. No Radio order had the delete plate, but did have front speaker and all radio wiring including capitor.

That was my thought, no designation on car coming down line as maybe 1% of cars got no radio so why would the guy not install one since they all had antenna and speaker. What about ground on top of cowl?
