ignition switch/regulator
on my 65 Bonniville convertible the wire going to regulator from the ignition switch is broken,does this wire go directly to the regulator or is there a junction and which position does it go on the regulator any help would be greatly appreciated!

Only connector between the switch and the regulator is the engine harness connector.

On the engine side it's black with a white stripe, on the dash side it's white (on my schematic at least) The drawing shows it on the opposite side from the key (the bump) on the very end...no wire on the other end opposite the key.
