Default Firewall Brackets. Will these fit a 72?

I'm looking for a set of firewall brackets for my 72. Actually just the driver side, but it looks like they only sell them in pairs.

These list 68/69, but aren't the 70-72's the same? Since the have the same firewall and frames?

you need to buy some originals...they reproduce the chevelle and it works for cutlass, but buicks and pontiac use the 2 bolt brackets like a convertible..if it has 2 bolts it will work

i just cut a cutlass convert in half and the front brackets where single like a chevelle hardtop..weird

hey good point Mark, guess we should tip our hats once in a while. PY also lists "alternate parts sources" in their paper catalog - a few pages before the index. Just noticed this a few weeks back.

Last years catalog didn't have it, so I downloaded the current. That PN isn't found there or on the website for a search.

But I do see:

RPI621B 1968-72 FIREWALL BRACKETS...................................$119.00

So, 68-72 are the same...
