Looks awesome! I went back and re-read this whole thread - who wound up buying the car and flipping it and who owns it now? Whatever happened to customizeit the OP? Heck, for that matter, whatever happened to BVZ? That guy was really funny!

Customizit is probably still crying about the one that got away. I feel for him, too. He just didn't know enough about the cars at the time and there wasn't enough time to catch up. It makes a story to tell though. And he has something to back it up. I feel pretty sure he would've flipped it too.

I know there are at least two other threads on this car that I recall. One, had it for sale again around fall of 08. I am happy to see it being restored, hopefully driven and enjoyed. Hope he makes it to POCI. Jeff |

Awesome!
Looks great Jimmy! It looks like you're far enough along to be done by Norwalk, hope to see you there!

Thanks for the update on BVZ Scott, glad to hear that he is doing O.K. and not living in a van down by the river. Somehow it dosen't surprise me that he is playing around with alternative fuels.

Man...
looks like the car found its way to the right shop! Great to see folks still doin' 'em the right way. I've seen some sad excuses for "restored" cars lately. Lookin' forward to seein' this one in the daylight. See ya at Norwalk...I'll be in the red '69 with the top down! Ron
