Default Printer Inks

Anyone use Cartridge World for printer inks?
I see they are @ 30% less than new HP carts.
Anyone have problems with the cheaper refills?

I've had no problems when I refilled my own using the kits that some stores sell. I didn't use it for printing photos just spreadsheets so I can't comment to much about photo quality. I noticed the Costco by me is starting to offer a refill service that seemed pretty cheap.

Default free printer/expensive inks

Been that way for quite a while now. I use the Office Depot brand, I'm not a professional.

I've used the 'off brand' refills and don't seem to get as much use out of them as the brand names. If you buy directly from HP you can get on their discount program plus you get free NEXT day shipping. Order one day and it's at your place the next.

I had problems with Cartridge World HP cartridges, 3-times. I'd install one and within three or four days I'd get a message that I had a cartridge problem and it wouldn't print. Took the first one back and they replaced it. Had the same problem with the one they gave me and the one I installed when the first one went. They blamed HP for the problem but gave me a "store credit" for the amount I paid. If I can ever manage to find an original at their store, I'll get my money back. If not, I'm up the creek.

HP cartridges work fine, but they do have a limit on how many times they can be removed and reinserted. That wasn't what happened to me, though, because they would install and then fail, later.

We suck up a lot of inks and other type printer supplies. I've tried the refills and "off" brand stuff and now use HP stuff only.

Thanks Guys-
Think I'll stick with the HP stuff.
And I'll look into their discount program in the meantime
