No air out of the dash vents
When I turn on the a/c or vent controls I don't get any air out of the vents. Could this be one or both of the a/c vacuum actuators? How can I find out if this is the problem? Thanks for you help

99% of the time the fresh air motor behind the pass side kick panel has a circumference crack and lets vacuum pull air in from the crack instead of opening the vacuum motors for the upper vents....check it and you will see a crack....I have sold many of these as replacements for people having the exact same problem you describe.

Check to make sure there is good manifold vacuum at the a/c control or it will not come out the dash vents.
