Alex, man I don't blame you. In 24 years,I have only seen one,and the guy was in Ohio. Good luck. I have the speciaL WEATHERHEAD marked fuel fitting that was needed to
clear the pan(tube) if you find a car. It is NOS. Larry B.

There is one in upstate S.C., but it can't be bought. I myself haven't seen it but a friend who is a Pontiac owner and local club member actually worked on the car. I believe he said it's a one owner and was stored in the guys basement up until a couple a years ago when the man died and his family put the car in the backyard under a tree where it still sits and is starting to rust away. My buddy has tried to buy a couple of times, but no luck. It's a complete car XS block R/A pan and all. I've been meaning to get him to take me to see it and gets some pics but haven't got around to it.

To let that car sit and whither away is a sin.

Didn't Pontiac only produce like 30 of these cars?

I know someone who has a complete original 1966 XS engine. Now if only he had the car to go with it.

Default 1966 XS GTO:

Ron,
Are you talking about the car that was purchased from Knaefel Pontiac back in 1966? I think it's blue. The car is safe and sound and don't think it's for sale, but I can check.
