#13 cylinder head casting number
I found a set of heads today while going through a guys parts and they were stamped with #13 in place of where the #13 should be cast, doesnt appear to have been ground down and done but for some reason it has the numbers stamped the same as if they were cast a 1 on one side and a 3 on the other. any ideas why

big valve and screw in studs, I am going to check the blocks for the matching block

my 66 heads are like that I have no idea why
the 6s are stamped onto an obviously machined not ground, flat |
