Default Honeycombs on a Lemans?

Was this an original equipment option on the 1971 Lemans Sports? If so, probably 14"?

I have a 72 LeMans with the GTO option and I have Honeycomb's on the build sheet as well. FWIW I have 15in wheels. Here's a picture of a friend of mine's 71 LeMans with 14" Honeycomb wheels. This car is for sale if you are interested.

If 15" Honeycombs were available, I don't see why they wouldn't be available on a Lemans. There wasn't much that was restricted to the GTO.

In 71 I believe the 15" honeys were only available if you also ordered the Ride & Handling package.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong on this.

According to the restoration guide, they were both (14's and 15's) available.

But the 15" tire option was only available if you ordered the R&H.

If you checked off the honeys alone, you got the 14's.

15 inches on on GTO only not on LeMans or T-37. I tried to get 15 inchers on the T-37 and they weren't available. Only 14 inchers.
I just wanted 15 inch wheels on the T-37 but they were not availablel

Jack when did your order your car? The 15" wheels did not become available on A-body cars until January , they were available on all A-body models except for station wagons , I think Boss is correct and that the R&H package was required but I'm not 100% on that , 725 A-body Pontiacs came equipped with 15" wheels , that number includes GTO and Lemans. For the record I've never been able to determined why the wagons were excluded but suspect clearance issues had something to do with it.
