Default Need help removing 68 kick panels

I cant seem to remove my kick panels on my 68 Lemans Rag top- Non ac. car

I used a small screw driver and reached in through the grill to lift up to disconnect the
fresh air vent cable . I did not see any screws. I tried prying on the grill to see if it comes off but no luck .

the dumdum sealer used has glued it in place.
Pry gently and it will come

There are screws behind the grill and it will come off. The door and cable will come off with the panel as a unit. There is sealer as Cammer mentioned on the backside.
